Our Advanced Packaging group is growing
Our Advanced Packaging group is looking for an Application Engineer. Your role will include supporting commissioning of tools prior to shipment at our headquarters in Switzerland and then at customer locations around the globe. You will need a technical background preferably in mechanical engineering, physics/ materials science or electrical engineering and prior knowledge of vacuum and thin film technology would be an advantage.
