Rezwan Lateef has been president of YES since November of 2020, after two years as the company's SVP of Sales & Service. He has over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and was a key executive in the successful sale of two companies. He has also held leadership positions at MKS, NEXX Systems, TEL, Ultratech & Veeco.
