About Oliver

Dr. Oliver Zhao is a Staff Integration Engineer at Adeia in San Jose, California. He is working on hybrid bonding technology, focusing on die-to-wafer hybrid bonding processes and materials characterization. He received his PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University in 2021 and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland College Park in 2016. He has authored/co-authored over 25 publications and has filed over 15 patents.
