About Florian

Florian Herrault, PhD, was the ECTC 2023 Program Chair. He worked at HRL Laboratories from 2013 to 2022 as the Advanced Packaging Solutions research group lead and the RF GaN Strategy Lead. At HRL, he developed heterogeneous integration chip-scale technologies for mm-wave subsystems and oversaw the maturation of HRL's high-speed GaN MMIC technology from research to low-volume foundry. Since 2022, he is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of PseudolithIC, Inc., a startup located in Santa Barbara CA, developing RF and mm-wave products with increased bandwidth for the telecommunications industry.
