Danielle Baptiste is the Vice President and General Manager of the Enterprise Software Business Unit at Onto Innovation. A leader and strategist in the world of software and digital transformation, Danielle has over 20 years of experience leading cross-functional teams around the world building software product portfolios, and driving customer success. Prior to joining Onto in 2020, she spent 15 years rising through the ranks of IBM, with experience spanning from customer success organizations, partnerships across marketing, sales, and software engineering, up through her most recent position as Vice President of Product Management for the Collaboration Solutions portfolio. In this role, she developed the vision, strategy, and delivery execution to build a successful team and a competitive set of products. Danielle has held a variety of software leadership and consulting roles at other top Fortune 500 companies such as HCL, Pfizer, State Street Bank, and JP Morgan Chase. Given Danielle’s experience building solutions to address the complex needs of enterprise-class customers, she is well poised to lead the Onto Innovation team to be the leading process control software company in the world.
