Join us for the second Annual Back Yard Olympics to benefit the IMAPS Microelectronics Foundation!
The inaugural 3D InCites Back Yard Olympics was such a hit, we’re doing it again! This is your opportunity to mix and mingle with members of 3D InCites and IMAPS communities and show off your hidden talents. Do you rock the hula hoop? Are you a cornhole champion? Proficient at putting? Skilled with an axe? Put a team together, pose for your team photo, and get your game on.
Teams of four compete for supremacy at six back yard games:
- Cornhole
- Golf Chipping
- Axe Throwing
- Table-top Ring Swing
- Pong
This year’s event concludes with a Medal Ceremony and photo op. Gold, Bronze, and Silver medals will be awarded to the winning team of each event. Enjoy hearty snacks and an open bar. Register here as part of your IMAPS DPC Registration

Held this year at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass on Wednesday night, March 5, 2025, our varying levels of sponsorship opportunities allow you to match your exposure to your budget. All sponsors will receive one team of four participants at the event.
GOLD-TITLE SPONSOR: $5,000.00
- Company name/logo prominently exposed prior to the BYO event in all marketing and promotions
- Company name/logo prominently displayed throughout the BYO event
- Company name/logo on game medals for winning team(s)
- Title sponsor will receive two teams of our participants (8 total players)
SILVER-BEVERAGE SPONSOR: $2,000.00
- Liquid Caterers will be onsite serving our guests coffee, beer and espresso martinis, all with your company logo printed on the drink’s foam
BRONZE-GAME SPONSORS: $750.00 per activity

- Not part of a sponsoring team? You are still welcome to join by forming your own team of four, or sign up as an individual Olympian (and we’ll pair you up with a team). Your registration includes access to play in the Back Yard Olympics, open bar, and light appetizers.
