Dr. Terry Brewer Named Honorary Chairman as SEMIEXPO Heartland Focuses on Smart Manufacturing, Mobility, and Workforce Development

Dr. Terry Brewer, founder of Brewer Science, is hosting the event as Honorary Chairman.
The inaugural Midwest conference aims to drive growth in semiconductor materials and manufacturing capabilities, particularly in the areas of smart manufacturing and smart mobility.

In 1981, Brewer Science was founded in Rolla, Missouri, a trailblazer not only in the industry, but also the region.

Dr. Brewer was invited to be Honorary Chairman of SEMIEXPO Heartland by Joe Stockunas, President of SEMI Americas, citing his achievements with Brewer Science as an “inspiration to attendees and a testament to the Midwest’s expanding influence in the global semiconductor ecosystem.”

Brewer Science’s participation is highlighted at the Workforce Development Pavilion. Representatives from Brewer Science will participate in the Ask an Expert: Flash Mentoring and Resume Review / Interview Tips sessions. Highlighting career opportunities in the semiconductor industry, Nathan Ayres will be presenting “A Day in the Life,” discussing how a Certified Employee-Owned company cultivates a culture for innovative solutions.
