We are proud to announce that Luca Sinkó, R&D Team Leader of Semilab SRP Application Team, has been recognized as one of this year’s “SEMI 20 Under 30” honorees!
This prestigious program celebrates the brightest young professionals in semiconductor industry, who are making significant contributions in their field of expertise and communities.
Luca Sinkó, physicist and R&D Team Leader at the Electrical Metrology and Characterization Department has demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and dedication at Semilab. Luca’s work focuses mainly on development of metrology techniques for silicon and wide bandgap materials characterization, while also advancing trainings globally, with a strong appreciation for the role of education and future metrology solutions by being a key member of HiConnects EU project workgroup as well.
As one of her most significant achievements, Luca contributed to the development of the Spreading Resistance Profiler, enabling advanced material research, facilitating failure analysis, improving process control, hence enhancing product quality. As a team leader she is not only coordinating the SW developments of SRP systems, but successfully represents customer requests towards all related fields internally.
We are sure that her work will continue to inspire those around her and drive our company forward.
